  • Gastrointestinal Health: Emblica officinalis helps in managing conditions like loss of appetite, functional dyspepsia (non-ulcer dyspepsia), nausea, vomiting associated with dyspepsia, early satiety, and bloating or abdominal discomfort[ii].
  • Women’s Health: It has a comprehensive role in women’s health, including managing conditions such as dysfunctional uterine bleeding (DUB), menstrual irregularities, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), mastalgia (breast pain), and supporting hair health[iii].
