Refund and Returns Policy

Order Cancellation

The deadline for cancelling an Order is within 24 hours from the time. you made an order and after which no item will be entitled to cancellation. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of clicking the Cancellation of order from your registered account on ‘My account’ tab on the website.

We will refund your money within 7-14 working days from the day on which we receive the notification of cancellation of product/s. We will use the online mode of payment for the order and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Orders Returning

We will only allow exchanges or returns if the product is damaged, empty, or has wrong/ missing items at the time of delivery. Customers must share an unboxing video, a packaging defect video, as well as pictures of the damaged product or any item in question. . For damaged/ wrong/ missing product-related redresses, please contact our customer service at customercare@savaglobal.com within 48 hours of the product being delivered.

Refunds

If the order has been cancelled, refund will reflect in your bank account within 7-10 days. Please note that certain banks take longer than this period for amount to reflect in your account. If you are sending back a damaged product, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain 7-10 days.

Conditions For Returns

In order for the Product/s to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Product/s were purchased in the last 7 days.
  • The Product/s is in the original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Product/s

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Product/s or proof of received return delivery.

Reservation of Rights and Remedies: Except as expressly provided herein, nothing contained in this Policy or otherwise shall constitute a waiver or relinquishment of any kind by Sava Healthcare Ltd of any rights and remedies provided under Applicable Law. Unless otherwise expressly stated, nothing herein shall be deemed to limit any right of recovery that the Company has under applicable laws or any provision under this Policy.

Terms & Conditions

Following terms and conditions will apply on Return, Exchange and refund items:

  • Product should be in its original packaging & with the product invoice.
  • Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page of Sava Healthcare Ltd.
  • Returns & exchange appeal is subject to thorough checking and inspection by Sava Healthcare Team.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be entertaining under the exchange/returns policy.
  • Once the return / exchange request has accepted, we will process the same within 7 to 14 working days.
  • All items bought on sale are considered as final purchase – we cannot offer any returns or exchanges on sale products.
  • All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
  • It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
  • The product is not different from what was shipped to you.
  • The product is returned in original condition
  • Additional information is not required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category specific policy.
  • If the replacement request is placed and the seller does not have the exact same product in stock, we will provide a refund.
