Green coffee beans are seeds of the coffee fruit, which are not roasted like the regular coffee. They have a higher amount of chlorogenic acid that has a variety of health benefits. How to Use
Suggested Use
2 tablets twice daily after meals with liberal use of water or as prescribed by the physician. To be consumed for at least 15 days.

i got the lo-wt tablets box in sealed cover on 7th may 2022, i searched for expiry date on the tablets container and didnt find expiry, date of mfg is august 2021every medicine has expiry date which is to be mentioned clearly, even ayurvedic or herbal medicines becomes harmful after expiry if consumed, particularly garcinia combogia is harmful and it may lead to cardiac problems, this is to notified by seller, garcinia may not suit every body, i hope sell will understand this matter and mention caution about ingredients in the product and advise buyers to consult doctor before buying

Because of my height and build, I do not appear to be overweight. My weighing scale, on the other hand, indicated that it was almost over.
